These terms cover how you can use this site and its features. Short version: everything here is voluntary support for Okita's creative work, nothing is shipped to you, and you need to be 18+.
These terms govern use of okita.puppygirlcore.com ("the Site"), published by a private individual (see Legal Notice).
The Site lets you make voluntary financial contributions ("Contributions") to support Okita's independent app development, software releases and digital creative work. It also offers optional digital entertainment features around those Contributions.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract. By using the Site you confirm this. We may refuse or reverse any Contribution made by a minor.
Sign-in is optional and uses Discord. You're responsible for your Discord account. We store your Discord ID, username and avatar to identify you. You can sign out at any time and request deletion (see the Privacy Policy).
5.1 All Contributions are voluntary, made at your own choice, and final.
5.2 Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD). Your bank may apply conversion fees.
5.3 Minimum contribution to a goal: $10. You may optionally cover processing fees.
5.4 Payment is by card via Stripe. A receipt is sent to your email.
5.5 Right of withdrawal: Contributions are digital services performed immediately and in full at your express request. In accordance with art. L221-28 1° and 13° of the French Consumer Code, by ticking the confirmation box you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the Contribution is processed.
5.6 Refunds: Contributions are non-refundable. If you believe a charge was made in error or without your authorisation, contact legal@puppygirlcore.com within 14 days and we'll review it and respond within 10 business days. Please reach out to us before contacting your bank.
If you save a card, it's stored by Stripe. It's only charged for Contributions you initiate yourself (including Auto-Contribute, section 7). You can remove a saved card any time from "My Cards".
7.1 Auto-Contribute is an optional feature for signed-in users with a saved card. When you start it, the Site adds repeated Contributions of the selected item's price on your behalf, at short intervals, until you stop it, close the page, or hit the spending limit you set (a spending limit is required). To keep card charges few, Contributions are grouped: your saved card is charged each time about $5 has accumulated, and once more for the remaining balance when you stop, close the page, or reach your limit. Your bank may ask you to confirm a charge; if that happens while the page is closed, you will be asked to confirm it on your next visit and nothing is charged until you do.
7.2 You must actively start Auto-Contribute, select an item or random pool, and confirm the specific acknowledgements shown before it begins. Each resulting charge is a separate voluntary Contribution under section 5.
7.3 You can stop Auto-Contribute at any time with the Stop button or the Escape key. Charges already processed are final.
7.4 We strongly recommend setting a spending limit. You're responsible for the limits you set.
8.1 While Auto-Contribute runs, you can enable an optional bonus spin. Each time you click it, the Site selects a random amount between $1 and $100 and makes an additional Contribution of that amount.
With your consent, your display name (or Discord username and avatar) and the item supported may appear on the public supporters list. You can contribute anonymously instead — just tick the option during checkout.
No fraud, no using cards you're not authorised to use, no automated access, no messing with the Site. We may suspend accounts and cancel Contributions in cases of abuse or suspected fraud.
The Site is provided as-is. We may modify or discontinue features at any time. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount of the Contribution concerned. Nothing limits liability for fraud or gross negligence.

We may update these terms. The version in force is the one shown when you contribute — the version number is recorded with each Contribution.
French law applies. Consumers resident in the EU also benefit from mandatory rules of their country of residence. Before any court action you may use the consumer mediator named in the Legal Notice.
